We are experienced in delivering solutions for challenging basement projects. We appreciate the unique requirements that these projects pose and are able to consistently meet contractors' obligations. Basement projects are a growing area for development as they become more popular ways to efficiently make use of land, have very little to no visual impact on the existing environment and have the flexibility to be as elaborate or as simple as desired.
One of the key issues with basement projects is ensuring that they are waterproof and remain so. We liaise with structural waterproofing companies on our projects to achieve this. Importantly, they provide warranties for their work which gives an assurance that the basement will be sound upon its completion and completely dry.

There are several different ways of constructing basement projects and we are able to give advice where required as each project will have different solutions depending on various factors such as location, soil etc. Some of our work has used Everdure Caltite to ensure a waterproof finish.
