Wooden Walls Beaulieu - New Build House

This was a wooden walls project at Beaulieu located on the edge of Beaulieu river consisted of 67 273mm steel cased driven piles to a depth of 12 meters with compression loads of 325kn and lateral loads of 25kn. We worked very closely with the developer and client to achieve an impressive foundation solution for this project. The Cordek anti heave protection system was used across the entire slab to protect against possible ground heave conditions and the final reinforced slab measured 460m2 and was 275mm thick.

The two out buildings required a further 25 piles and Cordek anti-heave protection followed by the main slabs.

All works completed within the given time frame of June 2009.
